Acceptance
These terms apply when you download or use QuoteXpedia, published by Diatomicsoft. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app and its content
QuoteXpedia offers short quotations attributed to their authors, curated and verified in good faith, together with backgrounds and design tools. They are provided for personal inspiration, not as scholarly reference or professional advice. If you believe a quote is misattributed, mistranslated or wrong, you can report it in the app using the report action on the quote, and we will look at it.
Your account
Signing in is optional and can be done with Apple or Google. If you do sign in, you are responsible for the account you sign in with and for the activity that happens under it. You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your account and its synced data from Profile in the app.
Premium subscriptions and purchases
QuoteXpedia Premium is offered in three ways: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks Premium permanently. Both subscriptions renew automatically. All purchases are made through the App Store and are tied to your Apple Account.
For the auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered and you buy a subscription, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one through Apple.
Premium features are available while your entitlement is active. If you bought Premium before and it is missing on a new device, use Restore Purchases in Profile.
Your creations and photos
Designs you make in the editor are yours, and so are the photos you add from your own library. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you use. We claim no ownership over your creations or your photos, and we do not use them for anything you did not ask for.
Acceptable use
Use the app as it is meant to be used: do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, do not interfere with its servers, do not use it to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, and do not present the app's content as your own work.
Intellectual property
The app, its interface, its backgrounds and its code belong to Diatomicsoft or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Apple
Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, applies to the app in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app and its content are provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law we make no warranties about them, including about their accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, Diatomicsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or end access to the app or to an account that abuses these terms, or that we are required to restrict by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Diatomicsoft is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
